Terms and Conditions

1. General

1.1. By applying to Jigme Singye Wangchuck School of Law (JSW Law), you agree to pay a non-refundable application fee.

2. Fee Amount

2.1. The application fee is USD 80.00, payable at the time of application submission.

3. Payment Methods

3.1. The application fee can be paid through the following methods:

            • Wire Transfer
      • Online Payment Portal (will be soon available)

3.2. Detailed instructions for each payment method are provided during the application process.

4. Proof of Payment

4.1. Applicants must upload a receipt from the bank or provide proof of payment as part of the application process.

4.2. Upon successful payment, applicants will be redirected to a page to upload the payment receipt.

5. Non-Refundable Policy

5.1. The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Withdrawal of application
  • Rejection of application
  • Duplicate applications

6. Deadline

6.1. The application fee must be paid by the application deadline. Applications without the corresponding fee payment will not be processed.

7. Verification

7.1. All payments are subject to verification. JSW Law reserves the right to request additional information or documentation to verify the payment.

8. Financial Hardship

8.1. In cases of proven financial hardship, applicants may request a waiver of the application fee by contacting the Graduate Program Office prior to submission. Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

9.1. JSW Law reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the institution's website.
